Atty. Simbulan holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of the Philippines Los Baños and obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the San Beda College Alabang School of Law. Atty. Simbulan’s commitment to legal scholarship is evidenced by her role as Associate Editor at the Bedan Law Review, where she contributed to the advancement of legal discourse and stayed abreast of evolving legal principles. As a dedicated member of Sororitas Reginae Juris, Atty. Simbulan actively engages in professional networking and collaborative legal initiatives.
